Jack Coleman Dynasty Views
Al Corley was the better actor, but I always thought Jack Coleman was hotter; and even if Dynasty is clearly dated in its treatment of homosexuality, it was very, very, VERY important to me as a teenager--Steven Carrington was the only gay character that I saw on TV--and I still think it's vital to remember that amid all the backstabbing and chicanery on the show, Steven--the gay character--was the most morally upright person. I idolized him as a kid.
The beautiful blonde, Jack Coleman, started his career on NBC's long running daytime soap t"Days of Our Lives ". Still a stranger to a wide public, Coleman grabbed the opportunity and became Steven Carrington on ABC's prime time soap o"Dynastyd", replacing Al Corley. Jack portrayted this character seasons 3-8.
