In Killzone: Liberation, two months after the events of Killzone, the Helghast have been dealt a hefty blow from the last game, but the war is far from over. The enemy still controls large parts of the planet Vekta, and though the ISA armies are fighting hard, they are losing ground. The rules of war have been cast aside with the sadistic Helghast General Armin Metrac, employed by the Helghast Emperor Scolar Visari to use brutal measures in order to seize the initiative after their past defeat and strengthen his position further. Metrac and his right hand man, Colonel Cobar, are planning to capture three key figures of ISA, and their plan ends up successful.

In The Zone Provided youcrs"re not a stickler for narrative continuity, everything about Killzone 3srs"s presentation rocks. If an abrupt and unexplained change in story direction is likely to strike a nerve, no amount of stylish cinematics and memorable scenes will take your mind off some of the gamekrs"s glaring plot holes. Seriously, two main characters receive horrible knife wounds that go completely unaddressed after the fact ndash; nobody thought to acknowledge this? Oddities like this donnrs"t take anything away from Killzone 3 as a whole. Killzone 2 tested the waters of what the console was technically capable of. It planted the seed for what the franchise aspired to be, and it paved the way for Killzone 3 to become one of the PlayStation 3irs"s most valuable exclusives.

It s a good review and I understand that a 4 out of 5 is good score but it amazes me how games like black ops and halo reach get 5 out of 5 when their campaigns are in all honesty god awful boring and repetitive and have so many plot holes all the duct tape in the world couldn t cover them. Those games get forgiven for their good multiplayer. You praise this game for great multiplayer and yet it still gets a 4 out of 5. I also understand that there are different people reviewing all the games I have mentioned and I have not had the opportunity to play killzone 3 because it hasn t come out yet or play the demo which comes out soon but it just pisses me off that these other games get forgiven and I don t understand. I'm sorry if I sound like a dick and obviously I will have to play the game to see if the statements you made about the campaign are valid. I m not trying to sound like a fan boy but it is just extremely frustrating to see this score.
