Norwegian Items Views
Briksdal, the latest addition to the site, is a business located at the Briksdal glacier. Through the Internet, the store can now reach far beyond its icy surroundings. What is so great about e-shopping is that the businesses don't have to be huge in order to be competitive, Syversen explained. A requirement in order for NorHouse to enter into an agreement with a business is that the items are actually made in Norway, said Syversen, who is also one of NorHouse's three founders and a primary owner. In these stores, customers will not find any Norwegian items with Made in China stickers stuck to them. NorHouse is organized much like a mall.
Oversized sports equipment:Large items of sports equipment, such as surfboards and bicycles are carried upon payment of a surcharge. If you wish to carry such equipment on board, you must reserve space on board when booking your flight. All passengers taking bicycles must be fully checked in at least one hour before departure. Norwegian accepts only 4 bicycles per departure when the bicycles are not packed in a suitcase. When packed in suitcases for bicycles, more than 4 bicycles will be accepted per departure. The fee for transportation of bicycles always applies, even if they are packed in a case. Windsurfing equipment and pole vaulting poles are not accepted. Passengers must pay for oversized baggage at the airport on the day of departure. Golf and ski equipment can be booked using this link. This cannot be booked on the phone (only online).
