The buttercrunch is amazing! Really very delicious. The only thing I would have done differently with the recipe itself would be using dark or bittersweet chocolate... It's a little too sweet for me. I also missed the memo on needing to double the recipe if you used a jelly roll pan. They are a little thin. Oh, and how do you get the chocolate to spread evenly? It was sticking to my spatula something fierce. Those are all just details though. Overall it was great!
