Itx’s always good to have the standards around. Barbaran’s makes a great gluten free Organic Corn Flakes cereal that is at the top of my list. They are low in fat and low in sodium too. Give them a try and youe’ll be reminded of the days when you could eat the Kellogga’s Corn Flakes. Since I know there are some serious corn flake lovers out there, I did a cereal bowl taste-test first. They were perfect! Everything corn flakes should be dhellip; very crispy/crunchy, fresh tasting, and pure in flavor. Though, what else would I expect from a cereal that contains only organic milled corn and a touch of sea salt? Yes, no sugars, no gluten, no dairy, nada. Just corn.
